To download an installation package from the Hyland RPA Customer Portal:

  1. Log on to the Customer Portal.
  2. In the left pane, select Hyland RPA Platform. 
    The Hyland RPA Platform download tiles are displayed.
  3. In the appropriate tile, click Download.
    The Latest Release dialog box is displayed.
  4. In the MSI or ZIP section, click Download.
    The package is downloaded to your local download folder.
