Hyland RPA supports both online and offline license activation. To activate your license online:
  1. Log on to the Customer Portal.
  2. In the left pane, click Hyland RPA Platform.
  3. In the pane of the application you want to activate, click Details.
    The Licenses & Activations is displayed.
  4. Click to copy the license key to the clipboard.
  5. Launch the application, for example the RPA Designer.
    The Welcome dialog box is displayed.
  6. Enter the 32-characters license in the field provided.
  7. Click Activate.
  8. The system first attempts to activate the license online. If successful, the application launches. If the activation fails, the following dialog box is displayed.

    Complete one of the following substeps:

    • To retry the registration, click Retry.
    • To continue to offline registration, click Continue.
