To perform the update:
- If not already installed, download and install the .NET Core Hosting Bundle 8.0.8.
- Log on to the Customer Portal.
- In the Customer Portal, in the left pane, select Hyland RPA Platform.
- In the middle pane, select Hyland RPA Platform.
- Select Product Downloads.
- Download the latest version.
- Unzip the update package to a local directory.
- Open a PowerShell window as an administrator.
- Navigate to the directory where the update package is stored.
- Enter .\Update-RPA20-IIS.ps1 and then press Enter.
- Follow the script instructions.
- In Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, in the Connections pane, right-click the server and then click Start.
