Before you configure the LOB Broker, ensure that the following features and roles are enabled on the LOB Broker server:

Server OS. Can be either Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2012.

Roles. Must have the Web Server (IIS) Role.

Features. The .NET Framework 4.5 and WCF Activation features must be enabled.

Role Services. All options under Application Development must be enabled.
