Meeting Status messages include:

Not Started. This is the initial status of any meeting when opened in the Voting Client.

In Session. The meeting has been started and is currently in session.

Paused. The meeting is in a paused state.
Note:
If a user joins the meeting late, it brings them to the exact location based on what is occurring in OnBase Minutes.
