Copying a record will create an exact duplicate of the record. This can be useful when only one keyword changes on a record out of many. To copy a record, perform one of the following actions:

Select Record | Copy.

Press F8 on the keyboard.
Note:
These options will not function when a record is empty or when the status bar reads Rec: 0/0.
Note:
A record with a missing required keyword will not be copied.
