You can remove unprocessed BIC updates within the administration pages.
- Under Unprocessed Updates, specify a date and time to Delete Items Older Than.
- To generate a report of the records which are available to be purged, click Create a report. You can see the number by clicking Open report once the status label is set to Completed. The report can be retrieved in OnBase in the SYS Transaction Logs Document Type.
- To remove unprocessed BIC updates, click Purge updates.
- The Report window is displayed to show the BIC Queue Number, SAP Object Id, Transaction Date, and BIC FileName of the BIC updates that were purged.
