Using the Export Wizard in OnBase Configuration, you can export a copy of configuration items from one database so that they can be imported into another database. You can also import and export EDI-related configurations using the Change Control functionality in OnBase Configuration. For more information, see the Exporting / Publishing chapter in the EDI 810 Processor, EDI 835 EOB Processor, EDI 837 Processor, and EDI TS 130 Processor documentation.

The Export Wizard works by allowing you to manually select specific items from configuration item types. These items can then be exported into an export package. The information contained in this package can then be extracted by the Import Wizard in another database.

For more information on the Import Wizard, see Importing Configuration Items into a Database.

Note:

Prior to using the Export Wizard, the Application Server must be defined.
