If you are upgrading from a version of Client Connector for Deltek Costpoint previous to version 15 Service Pack 2, note that the OnBase user account used for authentication must be changed from a service account to a regular user account. Additional configuration of the privileges and product rights for the user account is required. See User Accounts for more information.
