To view the previous document in the Document Retrieval list, complete one of the following actions from an open document:

Select Document | View Previous Document

Right-click and select Previous Document

Press Ctrl+F6 on the keyboard

Click the Previous Document toolbar button
Note:
When using the Previous Document option, the following message is displayed if the end of the list is reached or if a document is no longer in a list due to a Keyword Value change.
