If you want to find a document in OnBase linked to an SAP document, you can run a query based on the SAP Archive GUID. To query a document in OnBase linked to an SAP document:

  1. In OnBase ArchiveLink Administration, expand the Query Options node.
  2. Select the Query for OB Document bar.
  3. Enter the Archive GUID of the SAP document linked to the document in OnBase that you wish to find.
  4. Click Search.
  5. The document handle is displayed.
