  • Hyland Software, Inc. requires the creation of a user called hsi. For details on the process for creating this user and its required permissions, see The RDBMS Authentication Layer.

  • The designated tablespace names are hard-coded during table creation. If a designated tablespace (DBSpace) does not exist, the object (for example, table or index) will be created in the default tablespace assigned to hsi.

  • OnBase creates the initial tables in the database without user interaction and will use the default storage parameters during creation.

  • Keyword Types, Keyword Type Groups, and AutoFill Keyword Sets created through the OnBase Configuration module dynamically create new tables. This can occur at any time after initial installation.
