The database user must have the following privileges in a SQL Server environment:

• The ALTER ANY LOGIN privilege. If the database does not have workstation account creation disabled, the ALTER ANY LOGIN WITH GRANT OPTION privilege is required.

  Note:

  The ALTER ANY LOGIN privilege is not required when using a contained database.

• The db_owner privilege on the OnBase database.
