OnBase can be customized with the use of an Application Programming Interface (API). The use of the MZAPI is supported for use with the OnBase Client, even if it is being used across a remote connection.
Since the entire user profile is created on the server when a user launches an application via a remote session, the API is still able to parse information to the unique %temp% directory for each user, if necessary. The temporary directory is allocated by Windows and is typically located in the user profile.
