In a desktop virtualization environment, end users access OnBase via a remote session on the Remote Desktop Server itself. OnBase functionality accessed in a desktop virtualization environment remains the same.
Note:
In a desktop virtualization environment, files can be imported into OnBase by dragging and dropping from within the published desktop, but not from a local workstation. Since OnBase is accessed from a published desktop running on the Remote Desktop Server, drag and drop functionality is not available from a local workstation. Local workstation files must be imported using import options within OnBase.
