The Unity and Web clients will not respect the File Access permission selected in the Configuration module. If you want to configure a Core-based client, you must modify the Application Server's web.config file. In the <Hyland.PlatterManagement> section, locate the <FileAccess> element. Enter a value for the PMAccessLevel element: 0 or empty for Default Access, 1 to Always Use UNC, or 2 to Never Use UNC.
