Before importing review comments, the externally reviewed PDF document must be imported into OnBase using the same keywords as the plan document. Matching keywords are required so that review comments can be correctly associated during import.

1. Launch OnBase Unity Client and log in using your credentials.
   The Unity Client window is displayed.
2. On the Unity Client Home tab, click Import.
   The Import layout is displayed.
3. Browse to the externally reviewed PDF document and select it for import.
4. In the Import pane, complete the required import information using the same keywords that are assigned to the plan document.
   Note: Ensure that the Externally Reviewed Plan Document Type is selected. The Document Type used for external PDF documents containing comments must be different from the Document Type selected for the plan document.
5. Click Import to import externally reviewed PDF.
   A confirmation message is displayed stating: Your file has been imported successfully.

   The PDF document containing review comments is imported into the Plan Review project.
