Encrypted Keyword Types that are used on E-Forms are encrypted when stored to the database. For the Unity Forms post-data to also be encrypted, you must store the E-Form post-data in an encrypted Disk Group, using the Encrypted Disk Groups module. For more information on the Encrypted Disk Groups module, see the Platter Management documentation.
Users without the Access Security Masked Keywords privilege can enter new Keyword Values for encrypted Keyword Types, but cannot modify them after saving. If the value was pre-filled and mapped to a masked keyword, the field is read-only.
If a Keyword Type is modified (for example, converted from non‑encrypted to encrypted), you must republish the form for the change to take effect.
