The Document | OnDocChanged and UnityForm | OnUnityFormChanged operations generate an output file that lists each change to the document (for example, re-index) as an EventAction.
This output file contains a concatenated string of the events that occurred. For repeated events, the output file only shows the final change. For example, changing a Keyword Value from “Approved” to “Denied,” then back to “Approved,” numerous times will only show the final Keyword Value.
