In order to access the External Access Client, the following sections must be configured in the Application Server web.config file.

  1. Locate the following section: 
    <Hyland.Applications.Portals.ExternalAccess>
  2. In the value of the user name and password elements, enter the user name and password of your OnBase service account.
  3. In the minPoolSize element, enter a value of 1.
  4. In the maxPoolSize element, enter a value of 5.
