If you created a keyword mapping in error, or created a mapping that you no longer need, you can delete it.
To delete a keyword mapping:

From the FHIR Mapping Template Configuration dialog box, select a mapping template and click Mappings. The [Mapping Template Name] Mappings dialog box is displayed.
