The Remove External Clinical Document Lock action allows you to unlock a document that is locked with the External Clinical Document Lock. Removing this lock allows changes to the document's Keyword Values or binary data to be made from within OnBase.
CAUTION:
Do not remove the External Clinical Document Lock on a document unless you are troubleshooting and repairing a specific issue. The FHIR solution requires that clinical documents stored in OnBase must only be modified by requests from the external clinical system that are communicated to OnBase via FHIR messages.
