The FHIR integration requires the FHIR license. Depending on the external system being integrated with OnBase and the other needs of your solution, additional integration licenses may be required.
You will also need an Epic Integration license if you need to use FHIR-based AutoFill Keyword Sets.
Check your current licensing status by selecting Utils | Product Licenses in the Configuration module.
