The Thesaurus tab is used to configure and maintain the thesaurus used by Full-Text Search. A thesaurus allows for searches to return results that use a related term that was not the term searched for. For example, a search for car can use the thesaurus to also return results for vehicle and truck.

To enable the built-in thesaurus, provided by WordNet, select Enable Provided Thesaurus at the top of the Thesaurus tab. The built-in thesaurus cannot be edited.

To enable the custom thesaurus, select Enable Custom Thesaurus at the top of the top of the Thesaurus tab. See:
