To export the custom thesaurus from Full-Text Search:

  1. Launch the OnBase Configuration module.
  2. Select Full-Text Search from the Utils menu. The Full-Text Configuration Module dialog box is displayed.
  3. Click the Thesaurus tab. The thesaurus options are displayed.
  4. Click Export at the bottom of the dialog box.

    The Save As dialog box is displayed.

  5. Type a name for the exported thesaurus file in the File name field. The exported thesaurus is automatically exported as a CSV (comma-separated values) file.
  6. Select a location to save the file.
  7. Click Save. The custom thesaurus is exported.
