If your system is licensed with the Full-Text Search database license you are able to configure the OCR Formats used for Document Types that are full-text indexed. This enables you to fine-tune the default formats included with Full-Text Search to better OCR specific Document Types.

To configure OCR Formats, launch the OnBase Configuration module and select OCR Formats from the Document menu. See Configuring OCR Formats.

Tip:

For complete details on OCR functionality, see the Full-Page OCR module reference guide. However, the Full-Text Search database license does not enable all Full-Page OCR functionality. For complete details on configuring Document Types, see the System Administration module reference guide or Configuration module help files.
