When configured to Delete Chart, the Medical Records Chart message action can delete charts that contain no documents. Chart deletion is typically associated with ADT^A11 messages. If a SYS Workflow Chart document is representing the chart in OnBase Workflow, the document is removed from all life cycles and deleted.
