Verification Reports are available for all processing modules. They provide valuable information to users about a process that imports documents into OnBase, including:

  • Any errors encountered during processing.

  • The number of documents processed into OnBase.

  • The number of unarchived documents.

  • The names of the files processed.

  • The total processing time.

  • The average processing time per document.

  • The average processing time per page.

  • The date and time the process was run.

  • The process format used.

  • The process's Default Document Date.

  • The process's Internal Batch Number.

  • The path to the import file, the number of entries found, and the size of the file.

  • The number of files processed.

Note:

When running an HxC Import Processor process, the total number of pages processed cannot be reported since the process only imports PDF documents.
