If no Class of Service is configured for a Document Distribution process, that process may be accessed by a user from any institution. Due to this, it is possible that two different recipients with the same set of keywords (but of different institutions) will receive each other's documents.
If a Document Distribution Process does not use a Class of Service, the following modifications must be performed in order to ensure proper operation with an institutional database:
