When documents are imported by an institutional user, the Institution # Keyword value is automatically filled in with the institution number of the importing user.
When documents are imported by an institutional super user, a value for Institution # must be selected before the document can be imported. The exception to this is Document Types that have no Institution # Keyword Type assigned, such as SYS - HTML Forms. When importing these documents as an institutional super user, the Institution # Keyword value can be filled in or left blank. If the Institution # Keyword value is left blank, the imported document is available to all institutions.
