Although HHP signature pads support Ethernet, USB, and serial connections, the Integration for D+H Phoenix only supports USB and serial connections.
The TTLoader drivers are required to use a USB connection.
OnBase requires the presence of the ScriptIface.dll and ScriptIfaceUSB.dll files to use an HHP signature pad with the Integration for D+H Phoenix.
These DLLs can be deployed to client machines using HHP's TT8000 Series SDK installer.
Note:
This installer requires Visual Basic 6. If the workstation does not contain Visual Basic 6, you can manually deploy ScriptIface.dll and register it manually using regsvr32.
