When OnBase HL7 notifies Fusion CAC of new or updated documents, the HL7 messages include the OnBase Document Type names. In order for Fusion CAC to recognize these values, the Document Type names must be mapped within Fusion CAC.
Provide the Fusion CAC administrator with a list of OnBase Document Type names. This list allows the administrator to map OnBase Document Types to their counterparts within Fusion CAC. Alternatively, the administrator may work with the customer's interface team to translate the appropriate values in the interface engine.
