The Integration for Epic MyChart requires the following licenses:

  • Integration for Epic MyChart

  • Web Server

  • A valid Client license

Additional licenses may be needed for upload processing and form review.

  • For Document Imaging licensing information, see the Document Imaging documentation.

  • For Clinical Consents licensing information, see the Integration for Epic Canto and Epic Haiku documentation or the Mobile Healthcare documentation.

Note:

OnBase Mobile Healthcare and the Integration for Epic Canto and Epic Haiku are not available in OnBase Foundation 24.1. Existing versions of these applications can still be used in a parallel upgrade environment.

Check your current licensing status by selecting Utils | Product Licenses in the Configuration module.
