Depending on how your system is configured, you may be able to view documents using the OnBase Document Viewer from the Guidewire Document Results List. This allows you to view a document related to a Guidewire object such as a claim, account, policy, producer, or contact. The OnBase Document Viewer is also used to display OnBase documents from other Guidewire interfaces such as checks or activities.
To view a document stored in OnBase using the Guidewire Document Results List:
- Open a claim, account, policy, producer, or contact within the Guidewire application.
- Click the Documents tab. A list of related documents in OnBase is displayed in Guidewire.
- Click the name of the document you want to view. The document is displayed in a separate window in the OnBase Document Viewer.
