To link an OnBase document to an existing litigation in Guidewire ClaimCenter, follow these steps:
Open a claim within Guidewire ClaimCenter.
Click the Litigation option in the Sidebar. The Matters page is displayed, with a list of existing matters for the claim.
Click View Documents for the matter to which you want to
link a document. The OnBase
Documents window is displayed, listing any documents already
linked to the matter.
Click Link Documents. A list of documents available to be linked is displayed.
Select one or more documents and click Select. The documents are linked to the matter.
Tip:
You can unlink a document by selecting the document and clicking Unlink.
