The Integration for HP Connect uses a streaming method to upload scanned batches of documents to OnBase, which allows large batches to be uploaded in smaller portions to improve efficiency. The default upload size is 64,000 bytes (64 KB). To adjust this upload size, in the <Hyland.Services.Client> section of your Web.config file, change the value (in bytes) of the StreamingSettings BufferSize setting.
For example, to set the portion size to 4 KB, change the value to 4096(bytes):
