To enable Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation components:

  1. In the Windows Control Panel, select Programs and Features.
  2. Select Turn Windows features on or off. The Windows Features dialog box is displayed.
  3. Locate and expand the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) node.
  4. Select Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation.
  5. Click OK.
