To use the Integration for Netsmart Homecare, the OnBase database must have an Integration for Netsmart Homecare license.
A Workstation Client for Netsmart Homecare Integration license is required for each workstation that will be connecting to the OnBase database to download and upload data in Field Mode. A Workstation Client license is also required when switching from Host Mode to Field Mode or Field Mode to Host Mode.
A Concurrent Client license is needed when launching OnBase from within Host Mode.
Using the Integration for Netsmart Homecare in Host Mode requires a Unity Client Server license.
Check your current licensing status by selecting Utils | Product Licenses in the OnBase Configuration module.
