Integration for Trimble Unity and Cityworks connects Trimble Unity Permit Public Access, Trimble Unity Respond, and Cityworks Respond with OnBase, providing a unified interface for document storage, retrieval, and project completion.

The interaction between OnBase and Trimble products is shown in the following diagram:

In both Trimble Unity Respond and Cityworks Respond, users can access task-related documents and projects, and import new task-related files using the OnBase integration widget. To configure and use the integration between OnBase and Trimble Unity Respond or Cityworks Respond, see Overview.

In Trimble Unity Permit Public Access, users can access permit-related projects in OnBase Electronic Plan Review using the OnBase integration widget, allowing them to complete remaining information or upload necessary documents.
