In order to use a MS Graph account with Mailbox Importer, the MS Graph account must be configured and registered in Azure Active Directory. For detailed information on configuring MS Graph, see your MS Graph documentation.
When configuring and registering your MS Graph solution, keep the following considerations in mind:

The Mail.ReadWrite API permission is required in order to work with Mailbox Importer.

It is considered a best practice to limit mailbox access for the App Registration being used.
Tip: If multiple Mailbox Importer services are used to access Office
365 mailboxes with Microsoft Graph API, then each Mailbox Importer service should have
its own App Registration to avoid concurrency service limits.
