To unlock a user account, perform the following steps:

  1. In the User Admin module, tap the Locked Users button.
    The list of currently locked users is displayed.
  2. Tap the user name of the user you want to unlock.

    The user configuration screen is displayed.

  3. Disable the Lock Account option. OnBase unlocks the selected user account.
