The Workflow screen is displayed after tapping Workflow. It displays information in the following areas:

The letters in the screen shot above correspond to the letters in the following table:

Letter

Description

A

The name of the Workflow Life Cycle.

B

The name of the Workflow queue.

C

The document's Auto-Name string.

If the entire Auto-Name string is not displayed, tap and hold the Auto-Name string to display the full Auto-Name string in the Document Name window. Tap Close to close the Document Name window.

D

Tap anywhere in the blue bar to collapse or expand the Workflow queue.

E

The total number of documents in the Workflow queue.

F

The Workflow screen displays a maximum of five documents per queue. If more documents are present in the queue, tap Show all [number of] Documents to display the remaining documents in the queue. Workflow Life Cycles or queues that do not contain documents are not displayed.

Tap a document's Auto-Name string to view the document's information on the Keywords screen.
