You can access a patient record from either the Patient Lists or Patient Search modules. From the patient record, you can view documents, add photos or images, or create new forms.
To open a patient record, select a patient from the results list in Patient Lists or Patient Search. The following image shows an example of a patient record:
The patient record displays the patient's name, date of birth, and patient identifier near the top of the screen.
Note:
The date of birth is displayed according to the language and region settings configured on the device.
