This setting determines whether the Reason drop-down list in the Emergency Access dialog box includes a built-in option named Other. This setting is applicable only if the Prompt for Emergency Access Reason setting is selected in the OnBase Configuration module.

By default, this value is true, and the Reason drop-down list includes the built-in Other option. If a user selects the built-in Other option, the user must enter additional information in the Other Reason field before the submitting the request.

When this setting is false, the Reason drop-down list contains only the access reasons that have been configured in the OnBase Configuration module.
