Notices are special considerations provided for a patient on a facility-by-facility basis. For example, some patients may have opted out of allowing their records to be viewed within a specific facility.
Note:
If you are a medical record administrator, you can assign notices to patients using Patient Search or Scheduled Patient Search. See Assigning Patient Notices.
If a patient has any notices assigned, the Patient Notices button is displayed in the main toolbar.
To view the notices for a patient:

Click the Patient Notices button. The Patient Notices dialog box displays the name, description, and facility associated with each notice.
