Your first step in configuring a physical records repository is to define available locations. To define locations:
- In the Configuration module, select Document | Physical Record Management | Locations. The Physical Record Location Configuration dialog box is displayed.
- Enter a location in the text box.
- Click Create.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all desired methods are created.
- When finished, click Close.
