Your first step in configuring a physical records repository is to define available locations. To define locations:

  1. In the Configuration module, select Document | Physical Record Management | Locations. The Physical Record Location Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  2. Enter a location in the text box.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all desired methods are created.
  5. When finished, click Close.
