This setting indicates whether the process should continue creating records for a record group upon encountering a blank line. For example, if each record group ends with a blank line and a footer, but the footer should not be used to create a record, then [CREATE RECORDS AFTER BLANK] should be set to No.
By default, this setting is set to Yes. Double-click it to change it to No.
