All objects in the Designer window have click-and-drag repositioning. When you hover over an object, the pointer changes to double arrows. Hold the pointer over the object, left-click and drag the object to position it.
The Windows shortcuts of CTRL + C(copy), CTRL + V(paste), and CTRL + X(cut) are also supported for all objects in the Designer.
Objects can be moved as a group in the same way. See Grouping Objects for details on selecting a group of objects.
