The following steps are necessary to configure a Unity Form template:
- Create a Document Type to associate with the form template. See Configuring Document Types with Unity Forms for more information.
- Configure User Rights for Unity Forms. See User Rights for more information.
- Access the Designer. See Accessing the Designer for more information.
- Create the form template. See Creating Form Templates for more information.
- Configure form security. See Global Settings for more information.

Publish the form template. See Publishing Templates for more information.
Note:
Unity Forms can be created, retrieved, viewed, and modified in the Unity Client and Web Client only and only when licensed for Unity Forms. Unity Form templates can only be designed in the Unity Client Form Designer.
