When multiple Unity Scheduler services share the same installation location and run at the same time, Unity Form–related processes may fail.
- Issue:
- One of the following behaviors occurs on a server with multiple Unity Scheduler services:
- Email notifications are queued but not sent.
- Errors are logged during Unity Form conversion or rendering.
- Resolution:
- Have each Unity Scheduler service use its own installation directory and binaries. This is recommended for all instances where the Unity Scheduler processes Unity Forms or performs other HTML or browser-based document processing.
